Bio: Inger Britt, is a lifelong resident of the DuPage and Kane counties. Her parents have owned a family business right in the heart of Geneva on State St since 1989. Her numerous years of real estate sales and marketing experience, extensive sales training and assistance with property management have been defined in her work since 1998. She regularly attends chamber and networking functions to further market her listings and those of Summers Commercial. This has also contributed to the growth of her referral base. Inger is knowledgeable in many aspects of commercial and residential real estate including representing landlords, home owners and sellers, and owners and tenants in retail, office, restaurants and warehouse. Inger has a passion for working with people and a love for finding them what they need and want, which is exemplified in her interactions with clients. She diligently strives to accomplish a client’s dreams and goals, and to meet their real estate needs.
